Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wooster

My wife and I make regular visits here because the food is good. Sunday, Feb 11th at 1230pm, we spent extra money to do queso to avoid having shredded cheese and lettuce in our bowl. The worker on this day used his contaminated gloved hands on people's cheese and lettuce. While in line for 7 minutes, he pulled out his phone 3 times and texted each time; placing his dirty phone on the counter by the toppings. Please, manager, stop this asap so I can visit without having anxiety.

Great food, always fresh and such a good deal. I get the bowl and feed 3 people with it, what a good amount of food they give you,!! Staff here is very friendly and always smiling.

One of the preparers seemed irritated at the presence of people, otherwise overall good experience. Food was good as usual... Have had better experience at same location... today may have been an off day.

The food is average in my opinion. While I know many people who love it, I found it to be just average. I felt pressured while ordering, even though there was no one waiting behind me. Additionally, the tortilla chips seemed old and almost stale.

Every time I visit, I am charged for extra protein but only receive half of what I paid for.
