Bidra med feedbackTerrible experience! I placed my order through Panera's website and received a confirmation email. After waiting over an hour and a half, I tried calling them, but no one answered. I waited another 10 minutes and called again, only to be put on hold. Eventually, they informed me that DoorDash had canceled my order. I explained that I had ordered directly from Panera's website, not through DoorDash. The staff member I spoke with seemed to imply that they didn't offer delivery, despite their website stating otherwise. It was clear they had made a mistake and were not being truthful. I'm appalled by their customer service. I used to be a loyal fan of Panera Bread, but after this incident, I won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
