Wendy's - Worcester

Dear Wendy the Fries there is of course and the hot chili is one of my favorite with cut potatoes and the grill chicken sandwich is really good and all salads are really good and fresh in other words Wendys is the best fast food restaurant and I love the Lincoln Store they work in really good harmony very paz full place I love thank you for everything you do because the work with food is not easier sad some people understand it and the staff is well trained

American fast food. . This is my third visit to this particular spot. Always clean. I am always done online app order they seem to have gotten everything exactly right. . Ambience Service Quality Quantity . I have tried the old fashion Burger for 5.99 it was okay. The spicy chicken sandwich I felt is much more better. Coffee ain’t great Will definitely skip it.

They missed the napkins, but the order was corrected and they were polite and had a smile Follow up: they didn't give me fries in my order (which was corrected) and then charged me $3.09 for a separate order of fries rather than refunding my original order and paying for the meal price. Be careful with your order and check your receipt. That's how you go from 5 stars to three!

Decent food, wish they would actually refill their drink machines, everything I go there the machines are out of anything I would like to drink so I have to have them fill my cup from the drive thru dispenser.

What's there to say under paid employees who could care less I can't say blame them. Good service is hit or miss. With the methadone clinc down the street and the rise in homeless population in the Lincoln Street area if your coming off 290 to get a burger on your travels through the area its fine. You might want to just hit the drive thru and be on your way.
