Hing Tai - Worcester

Nothing wrong with the food, average Chinese takeaway. Despite ordering face to face they gave us a wrong dish. We called them from home and explained this. They at first weren't prepared to do anything about it. Then they said they would and wanted us to drive back to exchange the dish, which we weren't prepared to do as the rest of the food would be cold. They then said they would exchange the dish but it would take up to 90 minutes to get to us! Terrible customer service

First time ordering from here and it will be the last. We ordered egg fried rice which my dad couldn't eat because it was so salty, beef chow mein was ok but my Cantonese chicken...well it was gross. Firstly it wasn't coated in batter which was a disappointment but most of all it was so bland and full of overcooked veg to bulk it out. My husbands chilli chicken was exactly the same, bland! So annoyed, complete waste of money. Wish I'd made the trip across town to a different Chinese

Deciced to have a take away after a few drinks at the bell not that far away from here. There was plenty of food to go around and it was just so tastey, will defo go again

We had the chilli beef, Szechuan chicken, chips, egg fried rice prawn crackers. I cannot believe the standard of the food, this was one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had in my life. I will definitely order again. I never write reviews but I felt so strongly about this I felt I had to leave one. A* Hing Tai

I have always had King prawn Cantonese style from numerous chinese takeaways which always contains pineapple and green peppers in a sweet style sauce. I ordered the same from Hing Tai and it was far from Cantonese style. No pineapple, very little green pepper and covered in what I can only describe as akin to tomato soup. It really was disgusting. Previously I ordered the King prawn Hong Kong style which was equally as bad covered in same said sauce. I do believe Hing Tai just make it up and use the same vile sauce masqueraded under different names. The fried rice is stale. It is by far the worst chinese in Worcester and I wouldn't even give it 1 star by choice. Everything tastes old and stale not at all fresh. Dont waste your money. Go elsewhere. It really is a terrible chinese and I am surprised it is still open to be honest.
