Town Pizza - Wrentham

I decided to grab lunch at a nearby restaurant during my break. I placed my order online and when asked how I would pay (card or cash), I selected cash thinking I had enough on me. However, I was a few dollars short, so I had to use my debit card instead. I didn't think it would be a big deal to change my payment method, but I was wrong. The man in charge (who had a thick accent) had a rude attitude because I had to switch to paying with my card. I was simply trying to pay for my meal, so I didn't understand why he was so upset. He kept insisting that the machine said it was paid with cash but he had no cash on hand. He then told me it wasn't difficult to select card as the payment method. I found his poor customer service and bad attitude unacceptable, so I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The staff was impolite and the dining area was unclean. The food was terrible, and they got our order wrong two times! This pizza place is truly revolting.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely awful. They completely botched our order and when we called to get it fixed, they tried to charge us for both the incorrect order and the replacement. They also wanted to tack on multiple delivery charges to rectify their mistake. To make matters worse, the quality of the food they did deliver was subpar. If you're looking to get back at an enemy, just send them a pizza from this place.
