This is a great concept ruined by a complete lack of quality control. I have repeatedly received burnt food. They know it’s burnt and put the burnt side down and smother it in gravy. This is the most inconsistent place I’ve ever seen they say they close at 4:00pm and that’s never the case. Most of the time they are extremely understaffed and close early even when you ask on the phone if they are open. Even when it’s open it’s **** poor service accompanied by the one “chef” in the back that looks like they taken a shower cleanse and think soap is poisonous. I can’t speak to the other food they have but the açaí bowls are sadly not good. It tastes like the granola is just nature valley bar and the peanut butter is jif. It’s just a big scoop in the middle and not even drizzled on. It seems low effort. I feel like improvements could be made because the place is really cute.
