They take cross contamination seriously here including baking pizzas in special trays in a separate oven. The crust was incredibly chewy and the toppings were fantastic. It was so good, we ate here twice!
Delicious gluten free pizza, safe for people with celiac disease (staff is well informed and gf pizzas are made in different room).
Excellent and kind service, really delicious pizzas and focaccia that are prepared by hand, feels safe to eat without side effects, highly recommended!
Very good knowledge of celiac and gluten. They separate things and also have a separate oven for the gluten-free pizza. Gluten-free desserts are also available. The second time I visited some gluten-free pistachio tiramissu was made for me, it was so delicious!
