Dairy Queen (treat) - Wyckoff

Great place, staff is friendly. Ordered my daughter's birthday cake here, the man taking the order was very patient with my daughter and her very exact wishes for her cake, lol. He listened, got the image she wanted and the cake turned out perfect. She was thrilled.

Was not very happy. I clearly ordered an extra large chocolate shake EXTRA THICK I said TWICE! I NEVER CARE if I have to pay for extra ice cream but we all know that all these places do is just not mix the shake that much!!! Anyway, essentially what I got was a chocolate milk with a little bit of ice cream for $6.30. I’ve gone here before and all those times would’ve given 5 stars because I got exactly what I asked for! Too bad I pulled away in my big truck or I would’ve returned it! When someone asks for an extra thick shake that is what they want

After a particularly hot late summer day, I found this Dairy Queen in Wyckoff to be most convenient. I enjoyed a strawberry sundae which really hit the spot. The seating was quite adequate, and service was polite and friendly. This particular Dairy Queen also has a drive thru. I found it to be a most enjoyable respite from the heat of the day.

I called to get a birthday cake. The cake was great as it always is. I told them to spell the name correctly on the cake. It was spelled wrong. It's not a big deal. I was told when I came to pick up the cake that it was correct. It wasn't. I called them later and left a message. I haven't heard back from anyone. That bothered me more than anything.

I went in the other day and this lovely young woman luca took my order. she was so helpful and kind. she helped me chose what to get and quite honestly made my day. we need more people like her in the world and especially at dairy queen’s everywhere.
