Bidra med feedbackFood was good as usual, service was good, but this place has been by far the most dirty Panera I?ve ever. Tables filled with crumbs and sticky, floors filled with food, and please do not get me on the toilet start. But as always, the food was delicious.
Terrible management. Plastic in the soup. When opening the bag, the corner of the bag fell in the soup, the person opening did not pull the food out of service. They just cooked it. So when I almost choked on it. Call the manager .... all I get is.. WE must do better. Did not honor return off of my order. I will never eat at Panera again, it is terrible what you do to clients. You should be ashamed.
This is easily one of the poorest Panera breads that I have ever visited. The tables were dirty. The bathroom door was broken. It took 15 minutes to get to sandwiches in a restaurant that was anything but crowded. And the sandwiches were not that good. I love Panera but this is when I will not be back to.
The food is typically good and it arrives on time. Unfortunately, there are frequent errors in the order. Eric, the manager, very nicely got on the telephone and recommended that electronic orders are followed up by telephone call in that electronic order is going fairly early.
Today, I ordered two Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwiches online and asked my husband to pick up the order (we live very close). When he came back and I was surprised to see how poorly the sandwiches were made. (I took photos if someone care to see). No avocado, which should be included. Everything is cold, which should not be. Gouda cheese slices were super small and cold, not melted. No sauce. We were very upset so I called the store and asked my husband to go there again and hoped this time things work out well. Unfortunately, NO. I ordered extra chicken, which is soooooo little. The avocado piece were so small, bread was still cold. I don't understand, how hard can it be????????? Why can't Panera make thing right????????????
