Cybercakes - Xenia

I have bought chocolate for candy making over 20 years and it was perfect. This year it is awful. It was thick and would not thin to dip candy well. I am so disappointed. I think they must have changed the recipe. Be ware. Your candy will come out looking like a clumpy mess.

I have had a similar experience as the first reviewer. I was very excited to find some Peanuts gang cupcake ring toppers and couldn't wait to place my order. The shipping was more than the products which was one thing that was disappointing, but I really wanted these rings! I've kept an eye on my bank account and I expect it's safe to assume I am not getting my order as it has almost been 2 weeks and no payment has cleared to Cybercakes. I have emailed both addresses on the webpage with no response. I don't think the website is kept up to date either, so it's not a good idea to get your hopes up and place an order because you may not get it : I'm so disappointed. I like to support small business, but these guys need to get it together!

I visited the store to buy some candy flavoring, but the organization was quite poor. The bottles were scattered everywhere, and the twin packs were positioned in such a way that customers couldn't easily access them. Additionally, the two bottles I did manage to purchase weren't registered in the system. This place really needs a serious overhaul in its layout.

A fantastic establishment operated by wonderful individuals. The staff is consistently friendly and incredibly helpful.

I've been buying chocolate from Cybercakes for candy making for over 20 years, and it has always been perfect—until this year. Unfortunately, the chocolate isn't melting well; it’s thick and very difficult to use for dipping candies. I'm so disappointed. Please be cautious!
