Little Caesars Pizza - Xenia

Since the quality of customer service and food seems to be under new management and new staff, the quality of customer service and food has become exceptional. I was really surprised with my last visit and have renewed my belief in yhe chain.

0 stars in all honesty. This store is racist, complete and complete. You have words in the mouth of the customers. For example, my friend went to this store after the order, $20. His command was the next, although a child who was BEHIND came before him and took his pre-ordered pizzas. When he confronted his workers, he was called racist and other things. Then he was banned from this place. After that, while his children eat, they found several hair in pizza dough and sauce.

Worst Little Caesar?s I?ve ever been to. Called in an order and the woman said 10 minutes. Got there in 15 minutes, it wasn?t ready and the guy said he had however many orders ahead of mine. No big so I asked what that meant in time and he told me 15 minutes so I decided to leave to make another run and came back in 15. I go in and someone else walks in behind me and the same guy acknowledges them before me. Did not know until an employee with common sense came and looked at orders that were ready and cleared out the lobby basically. Had us waiting for nothing. Also, I guess they were out of green peppers because our supreme pizza only had sausage, onion, and mushrooms. Again, no big but would have been nice to know especially since we paid for it. Will not be returning to this location and unfortunately it?s the only one in Xenia. Staffing was not an issue at this location either which makes the whole experience even worse.

Rude and unsanitary!! Lady employee complaining left and right and cursing. Placed my order guy said 15 min. After 30 minutes I had to ask where my food was. The girl said oh since I didn?t take your order I didn?t know it was ready? What the heck! While waiting I watched a man come from the back with apron on and went into the bathroom with it on, Nasty!!! Then a lady from the back came out with no shoes on, just socks covered in flour, So gross.
