Yadkin Dairy Freeze - Yadkinville

Waited over an hour for my food to be ready all the food is stone cold taste like it straight out of the freezer and not one of the staff member was wearing gloves while handing or cooking the food. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went today with my 3 kids and was charged 40.00. Three of us asked for Dr Pepper and they were out so we went with the sweet tea with a side of diabetes. My daughter and I ordered a hot dog and tater tots. The hot dogs were literally solid black because of being overcooked and the tater tots were so burnt you could barely chew them. One of my sons ordered the CHICKEN philly and was brought a regular philly and his chilie cheeses tots were just covered in 2 pieces of sliced cheese and his tater tots were incredibly burnt as well. My other son ordered a hamburger and they forgot to make it so he had to wait for about 5 additional minutes after the rest of us got food. They brought out a patty that looked like a piece of asphalt along with another side of incredibly burnt tater tot’s. Not to mention the air was on so low I had to go to the car to get a coat because my kids were freezing. The waitress never offered us refills or came to check on us after she brought out the food. This place used to be really really good but the past few times have been a total let down. I won’t be returning.

Cheese burger cold fries scraps end of the bag then had to wait on chicken sandwich says made to order be ready to wait I'm fine with that as long as the food is hot last 2 times has not been hot on one order ask for ltm got only mustard ltm is not mustard any one that can read should no this we won't be returning anytime soon I do not play 3 strike 2 times is all for me

We stopped in for ice cream. The ice cream was good. They are doing table service now, and they seem to be struggling with that. We never got our drinks. They seemed under staffed to have table service, drive thru, walk up and take out.

Went to Debbie's to get a milkshake the shake was good but the customer service has a lot of issues. There are several younger people who work there that I think should be more educated on customer serviceFood: 5/5
