Cute place some of the girls are rude and sometimes there are coffee bad idk what it is

Awful every time I go to a tom tom location my drink is made wrong and I'm charged a different price. Have had some awful customer service here also, very unreliable.

The girls are friendly but their rules always change. One day they are punching coffee on their cards and now they dont. So I assume its just the fancy beverages you can get a punch for. The coffee ranges from terrible to okay with grounds once in a while. If it 's so terrible and you want a refund, make sure to bring your drink back as proof. You need it to get your money back. None of this, im sorry we 'll make you another one nope you gotta trade it in. I was told (by someone who experienced this many times) you get charged extra for items in your sandwich, but if you subtract something that was included in the original pricing, theres no reduced cost. I also had a long blonde hair in the melted cheese of my breakfast sandwich one time. It was pretty gross. Cant use your free one on a delivery even if you have a bunch of other paying items. You have the crazy size specific cards and one for tea. They really dont like to give out things for free. Not to mention when i asked if the light delight snowballs were now supposed to have 4 cookies, because the other one had 5 and always had 5, the girl looked at it and put it back on the shelf. Sorry for the person who got shorted. I 've kept all the bad experiences to myself because i dont write a bad review over a few bad events but its been too many and now i realize they really care about money more than service.

This place is disgusting. Of all the times i have gone there, i have never seen anybody clean. I've had crumbs in my water. I've had cucumber that was molded.. The worker didn't even look at the cucumber but had the nerve to say it wasn't mold. It is very much over priced and the quality is very poor.

I came in today and ordered an Italian soda, cinnamon roll, and bag of chips. An employee recommended the banana split Italian soda. The flavor was good and it looked pretty. They warmed up the cinnamon roll for me, which was great, but the roll lacked flavor. It was super sweet, too sweet for me, and was otherwise just okay. I'd come back to try one of their sandwiches. A definite plus was the friendliness of their staff.
