Thoroughly enjoyed the food ,great coffees and employee Gary Kent for his hospitality!!!

Stopped by on our to Mavillette to try for the first time and the latte was divine!! Beautifully made with a lovely crema and pour, delicious flavour! The croissants (which I’m not supposed to eat because of the gluten) were beyond heavenly and worth the price I’ll pay tomorrow! Super fresh, light crisp on the outside with a melt in your mouth buttery inside, to die for!

Fun service. Fun decor. Decent coffee. Food looked good, but we didn't order after being tricked by our breakfast the day before at Sip, which was terrible.

Super friendly service, delicious handcrafted lattes and the best breakfast croissants that we have ever had Perky Owl Coffee is a must stop if you are in the Yarmouth area!

My daughter and I visited The Perky Owl for the first time yesterday, and I must say, it’s fantastic! We each ordered the Perky Turkey Panini along with a chai latte, and everything was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this place!
