Bertoglios Pizza - Yelm

Wow!!! The service is amazing! And the pizza is to die for! Can’t wait to come back!!! ?

Know they were striving for it but the ambiance doesn't feel like a pizza restaurant, almost feels like a wine cellar but even that feels off. It is so far from what I expect. The parts are also shaped like pizza slices which allow for very strange plate orientation. On the plus side, for those that care, the only people working here that I saw are women. Am guessing this is a woman owned business yet not sure, regardless its a small business which i fully support. The pizza was very good. Full of toppings and decent flavor. It did lack a certain zest, still tasted like above average pizza yet didn't stir my creative juices. Overall think they're going for a fun type of atmosphere and am quite happy came here. Very pleased! Thank you!

They food is delicious and the service is amazing! The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Kid friendly and accommodating to our needs! Will definitely be dining there again and again!

Had my first order of pizza tonight. Surprised by how large the medium pizza is. Really great pizza and certainly not lacking in ingredients. The meat lovers pizza was amazing and I believe is hardy enough to share with at least 3 people. Friendly, fast service too.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this place has earned one. Today was the third time we've been here, we keep thinking it'll be better next time but this will be our last time. Pizza is good but honestly, it's hard to mess up pizza. It's the customer service that's awful. This place is run by kids who have no idea how to successfully operate a restaurant. There is never any customers inside and for good reason, the service is terribly slow and good luck if you want more than one drink. The servers do the whole, I don't need to write down your order thing and this time forgot a whole pizza. They spend most of their time in the back doing who knows what but it was so bad I went behind the counter and got my own beer. They will not wait on you after taking your order and offered no apology for the missing pizza, no drink refills, going MIA for 20 mins or any of the other mistakes. We were one of two tables inside and this place was falling apart with the minimal amount of customers. We have been looking for a local pizza joint and thought we found it but sadly, won't be back. I hope the owner is aware of this and comments back but I doubt it.
