Pizzeria La Gitana Yelm

We have come to this place several times and the food is great! The pizza is really good (tried their version of Hawaiian, mushroom, and others! The pizzas are thin crust (saw other reviewers complaining about this) if that matters to you and the flavor is great but they might not be as filling given that there is less dough! Besides pizza, their bolognese and salads are also great! Service has been generally good but sometimes they don’t have enough people and you might experience a long wait for service! Overall, I recommend this place!

My experience at this restaurant was a complete letdown. The crust was reminiscent of a tortilla, utterly lacking in flavor. To add insult to injury, the pizza had virtually no sauce, leaving each bite dry and unsatisfying. On top of that, the waitress's attitude was rude and unwelcoming. Save your money and skip this place if you're looking for a tasty pizza experience.

Food is always delicious. I love the bolognese, carbonara, pizzas and their house Italian dressing.

For the price, I expected so much more. What a letdown.

Pizzeria La Gitana in Yelm is a lovely restaurant for a quiet date night. The wood-fired pizza is the best in the area, the ingredients are fresh. Everyone needs to try this restaurant!
