Puerto Vallarta - Yelm

The food was overwhelmingly salty. There was an excessive amount of salt on both our cheese sticks and my carne asada, making it almost inedible, as the salt was the dominant flavor.

This is a prime example of generic Mexican cuisine. The food was quite bland and lacked seasoning. The rice had no flavor, and the beans tasted as if they had been scorched in a pot for 18 hours.

I understand that finding good Mexican food in Washington can be challenging, but it was even more difficult in Yelm. Having grown up around restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, I thought I would give it a try...

I highly recommend trying the Traditional Burrito, Pork Carnitas, Guacamole, Street Tacos, and the Carne Asada Plate. Each dish was delicious and truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a great spot for lunch, this place is definitely worth a visit!
