While the buffet tables may not always be fully stocked, just ask the owner, and he will promptly whip up whatever you’re craving. They emphasize freshness by cooking in smaller batches, ensuring that nothing sits out for too long. I also appreciate that, unlike many Chinese buffets, their dishes aren’t drowned in excessive, watery sauce to save costs and extend shelf life. The food is flavorful, hot, and fresh, thanks to the frequent preparation of small batches, which is exactly how we enjoy it. This place is truly a hidden gem!
