Gustico Latín Kitchen - Yonkers

I ordered the grilled salmon with Tostones. I wrote specific instructions to not add any sauces and low salt. The salmon came submerged in some greasy sauce snd very dry. The tostones were soft. I couln even eat the salmon. Very disappointed with the food.

I had a similar experience as some of the other customers. 2 out of my 3 dishes were substituted without asking. This is the 2nd time they do this. I have had better experience ordering directly with them at the restaurant but their prices keep going up and their portion and seasoning declining. Too bad because I don't know of another Dominican restaurant in the area.

This is the 2nd time I have issues ordering from here. Both times, they send me mutiple wrong orders. When I called them last time, they blamed doordashfor not having updated menu and prices sent me whatever they felt like as replacement and didnt send me an item because price was outdated. I ordered 3 dishes and 2 were not what I ordered. Very bad experience ordering from them via doordash.

Very disappointed with the experience here. They are lacking flavor and they don't have anything that you ask for on the menu. My son was hungry so he ate the rice,beans and rotisserie chicken. But it was lacking alot of flavor and very bland. He added alot of ketchup do to the fact that it didn't have much flavor. My mother in law couldn't eat anything because they didn't have anything she asked for which is advertised on the menu. I'm dominican as well and they didn't have the vibe of dominican culture. The waitress was very nice though.

Absolutely worst restaurant ever!Everytime I go it’s anlways something with them or food is not good. Also I order Uber eats on two separate occasions and both times they messed up my order. I just order Uber eats pork chops with tostones and they send me rice and beans and when I call and told them they got my order wrong the girl tells me oh the problem is you paid $10.99 and the pork chops with tostones is $17 I’m like well I order on Uber eats if the prices are wrong that’s not my issue ya take it up with uber and she like well I couldn’t send you the tostones although that’s what I order! Like what in the world. I told her they should have called me but of course no one did then I ask to speak to a manager and she said no one is there. Absolutely worst place ever imagine ordering something and they send u what ever they want. Never ordering again from here absolutely terrible.
