New York Bagels - Yonkers

Gone here many times in the past, which was great. Seems like maybe new owners, waited 20 min for 2 bagel sandwiches paid 20 dollars to get them home and have the wrong sandwiches. Called to see if I could get the correct order but nobody picked up the phone. Don?t need to come back.

The worst customer service ever! The workers will walk right pass you like your not supposed to be there. They change the prices all the time depending on who rings you up. I always have to wait 10 mins+ to get one bagel. The owner has no control, and the workers don?t care.

This was my go to place every Sunday for many many many years. I don't know why they changed owners but it's a no go for me anymore. Absolutely nothing is the same, from staff to product. Poor poor poor managment.

Worse place ever...i would never ever go there again.Aslan owner very disrespectful he acts like he knows what he is doing but does not.Sorry but mo one does guy answering phone is a dum assother Asian guy Allen a clown like if I needed a circus act I would go to one.pls don't go here worse place ever

Ordered 3 doz bagels for pick up day before,called back to confirm order and instructionsArrived early Saturday morning, order ready and packaged as requested,Very clean bright shop with friendly employees behind counter,I would definitely recommend
