Sobol - Yonkers

Made a quick stop at sobol yonkers on central ave to grab a large pineapplemango smoothie before i get to white plains and cool drink hit the spot. smoothies, fruit bowls , juices , cafe , etc, you cant do wrong with any pick. got a few acai bowls for my cuz and i which should hold us till dinner time. all of menu options fruit smoothies is still my favorite here.4.5 stars on my yelp meter.

I ordered food via grubhun at 8:40pm and it was canceled at 9:20pm. The restaurant closed at 9, so I am unsure what happened. Grubhub confirmed the restaurant canceled the order but neither myself nor grubhub could reach the restaurant to find out what happened. It's a pretty disappointing experience.

Paula was a delight. Very frendly and beautiful smile. I love these acai bowls. I also purchased 2 more for my coworkers. Clean space.Update: OhEmGeee these bowls were so good.. my colleagues and I cannot stop thinking about these DELICIOUS açai bowls. It was soooooo freaking delicious. At my job, We agreed that every wednesday is going to be SoBol day!! I cant wait for Wednesday

I have been coming to sobol pretty often (as i always passed by it on central avenue and until this year I’ve actually tried it) and they have pretty great açaí bowls, usually the wait time is pretty fast, and the açaí bowls are really good but today, I ordered just an açaí bowl with chocolate chips which the (guy) cashier repeated the order to confirm, as it was pretty plain order but none the less CONFIRMED, and a short girl with curly hair, made it, and when I noticed she added coconut and honey, went back and kindly asked for another to be made as the person receiving it has a mild allergy, to which she replied with a attitude, “ you should’ve ordered it without coconut and honey, to which we DID and cashier confirmed, she then proceeded to bang the açaí bowl on the table and went back to correct it and slammed and slide it back to us with an attitude and not paying us any mind as if we bother by asking to correct HER MISTAKE.Overall usually great service but today, was a horrible experience not sure if an açaí bowl is worth the attitude.

Went after work. Acai wasn’t even blended , whole thing was frozen. The girl made my acai bowl in less than 2 minutes. I paid an extravagant $13 overpriced amount for this little messy frozen bowl. Flavors didn’t come together. Overpriced and Won’t be returning
