Good place to drink and eat after a good day of skiing. Everyone here loves his job and the service is excellent. Prices are good, especially considering that it is located at the foot of a ski mountain. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

Big Après ski course at the base of Beaver Creek. Only 4 stars because it took time for us to visit us, but it was so packed, so one of them. Great drinks and a good selection of apps to choose. Butterfinger hot chocolate is a must.

The Chop House Margarita was nothing great. Didnt taste shook enough or a great neutral taste and nothing with a wow factor for $18.00 along with it spicy for an Axtra $1.00. I was just as good as I had a great drink and wish I didn't. (This is the only drink I bought this night) I know they have the ability to make amazing cocktails. The less, it can take a while to splice on something from their menu.

We were forced to wait for a table despite the fact that almost all the tables were empty, inside and out, because they had few kitchen staff. So even though we advised the wait staff we were willing to wait for the food, they would not allow us to be seated, even to have a drink (I.e. spend money! Made no sense to us to make a decision to treat your customers that way.

Very overpriced, which is to be expected considering the location. However, we were badgered by the hostess during our entire time there. Lectured us about getting drinks directly from a friend working the bar, and then made us feel like we were doing something wrong by sitting outside at our table, which we waited for and were seated at by the hostess. I don 't know what their problem is, but they definitely do not make you feel welcome. Don 't waster your time or money.
