Mcdonald's - York

Not good. If you order at the kiosk and the establishment is busy, they don 't bring your order to the table. The leave it sitting on the counter and call out a different number, not your table tent number. So the food sits there for 25 minutes getting cold. You walk up to check and e if that order is yours but the only receipt has the name Nathan (I don 't have anyone named Nathan with me) and the order number is 3 digits, not 2 like my table tent has. I frequented a McDonald 's since my kids were young and never the one in York. Not a pleasant experience. My grandkids were starving. The fries were cold by the time we figured out Nathan 's order was really ours and someone else took our kids meals so those had to be remade. The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. The bathrooms are very clean and kid-friendly. The service is top-notch for a dine-in experience. This is a great spot for breakfast, with prices per person ranging from $1 to $10. The food is delicious, with a rating of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. Highly recommended dishes include the Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin.

I ordered four kids' happy meals at this restaurant. It was moderately busy, both in the lobby and at the drive-thru. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went up to the counter to inquire about the delay, but there was no one there. All the employees were in the back preparing food. One employee glanced at me and said to wait a moment before grabbing her purse and announcing that she was leaving. After another 6 or 7 minutes, someone finally came to assist me. They had not even started on the happy meals, and the employee helping me seemed annoyed. When they finally finished them, each meal was incorrect. Overall, the service was terrible. I waited 45 minutes for 4 happy meals that were not right. I would rate the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 2.

Stopped for supper at 7:30 p.m. on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Trash cans were overflowing, just about every table was dirty, and waited 20 minutes for poor quality food. I hope they are able to find more employees soon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
