I get it new years eve and they have a lot to fill, at the same time 30 minutes after the pick-up time is a little rediculous. the young who runs the register tells you your total number, then no excuse or sympathy for the long waiting period.

They are supposed to close at 7pm but somehow I’m here and they are closed at 6:40pm smh lights off cleaned up closed. That’s crazy. They might as well be closed all the time for all that

BY FAR THE WORST PHILLY PRETZEL LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO...NEVER GET THE SPECIAL ORDERS RIGHT ... THEY GIVE HARD OLD BURNT PRETZELS TO YOU WHEN U PLACE AN ORDER THEY SHOULD BE FRESH... THEN TODAY THEY WERE SO UNDER BAKED AND SOME HOW BURNT AT THE SAME TIME JUST AWFUL OWNER NEEDS TO GET WORKERS ON THE BALL
