Pizza Hut - York

The worst customer service I charged and never got my order....per manager Michael the van came to my door and allegedly called.. But I saw an unnoticed car out there and the ladies just sat her and just left I didn't know it was the driver... not ordered worse from this place...

Today I was very displeased with our experience at this Pizza Hut. Typically our food is hot, delicious, and the staff courteous and well knowledged. Today was underwhelming. Our food was freezing cold. (Put it in the oven to warm it back up at home) They could not ?find? our order in the system and it took quite awhile for them to do so. The marinara sauce for our breadsticks was straight water and had no consistency to it. Overall dissatisfied with today?s experience. ??

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is the most unprofessional Pizza Hut I've ever encountered. I waited 10 minutes for my pre-ordered meal for pick-up, and not once was I acknowledged. There was no recognition of the wait time at all. I will never return.

CAUTION: This restaurant caused me food poisoning! When I tried to address the issue with management, they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Their response, claiming that no one had reported any complaints today, was simply unacceptable. I'm very disappointed and feel I wasted my money. I will never return to this establishment and will make sure to warn all my family and friends to steer clear!

I ordered a pizza, but it arrived undercooked and with the wrong toppings. The crust was still doughy. I called and spoke with the manager, who sent out a replacement pizza. This time, the toppings were correct, but the crust was still not properly cooked and remained very doughy. The manager himself delivered the pizza, and when I showed him the issue, he just argued with me. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
