Bidra med feedbackIn July 2021, the price for a lobster roll was $13.99, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The roll was quite small, around half the size of a typical lobster roll, and lacked any flavor. I tried the lobster on its own, but it was just as bland, with a chewy texture that reminded me more of paper than seafood. While the price might initially seem appealing, you’d be better off seeking a larger, more satisfying lobster roll elsewhere. This place is not suitable if you're really hungry. Two tiny lobster rolls and an order of onion rings cost me $37.77, which I definitely wouldn’t consider worth it.
This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Looking at their menu, they promote their lobster roll as being loaded with lobster. However, when I received mine, along with my husband’s lobster BLT and the kids’ chicken fingers, I was shocked to find that my lobster roll was mostly bread, with only three tiny pieces of lobster—no larger than a quarter each. I checked other reviews, and it seemed like those orders had about four times as much lobster. On the upside, my husband’s BLT was great, and the kids' meals were fine. The customer service was terrible; they didn’t call my order number, and I only found out it was ready because another customer informed me. If I ever decide to return, I’ll be sending my husband to pick up the order. I really wish I had taken a picture of my roll!
We took my son to try lobster rolls here, and it was an unforgettable experience. This local small business has friendly staff, fresh seafood, and outstanding rolls. They’re situated at a fork in the road, so make sure you don't drive past. It’s definitely a must-stop. Plus, they have a small convenience store if you need anything for your trip!
