We've tried to visit this restaurant a few times over the last year (during their listed open hours) but it's always closed. Is it only open for delivery?

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and got the chicken katsu and kimchi fried rice. The total came out to be $46, which I found to be overpriced. The kimchi fried rice was bland and only had a spicy flavor. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially since this was my second time dining here. The staff were friendly, but considering the high prices and poor quality of the food, I don't plan on returning.
