Ihop - Yorktown

Thank you. Again, breakfast was perfect. We ordered and collected, it was made on time, jeez the pancakes were very good... very polite staff and great updates on cell phone. It's just better and better, thanks to everyone who works there, I'm sure things are still a bit tricky with the virus still posing problems, but we're grateful and appreciate you. My husband and I are visiting this facility. The food is great and usually no problems except for our last time there. At that time there was a handful of cartridges. We needed a few minutes to see and decide the menu so she said she would come back. But she did not, but thanked another waitress and took our mission. Our waitress never came back to a refill order or even checked for us. When we are ready to leave, she asked us if we wanted to refill. Two waiters and five stands were occupied, but waitresses had no time to check us out. We usually visit in the morning, so it looks like we have to keep it in the morning to have a good staff.

Obviously the staff has problems, but we had a great time. Our waiter was fantastic. The food was good. Honestly, the best IHOP experience we had in a few years.

This restaurant has some of the best service I have ever received. The waitress was attentive, although the front employees could be a bit more organized. Despite the busy times with church masses and party rush, the staff did a great job. There was a diverse mix of people and the food was better than most IHOPs. In my opinion, the sweet tea, typically only found in the southern states, went well with everything.

This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The food was flawless, the service was outstanding, and there were plenty of employees on hand. Every staff member we encountered on our way out said goodbye and thanked us for visiting. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience.
