I tried this food truck for the first time today, and it was AMAZING! The BBQ chicken mac and cheese combo grilled cheese is my favorite! Plus, the owner is very friendly, humble, and attentive to customers.

Tucked away in the Jefferson Mall parking lot is this hidden gem of a food truck. If you’re a fan of melted cheese nestled in warm, toasted bread or hearty quesadillas, make sure to pay a visit. It's especially great if you have kids! The "name your price" concept is intriguing, but the dishes are truly worth a few extra dollars beyond what you might consider paying.

At Lemme's, you can find around 15 different variations of grilled cheese sandwiches, offered in two sizes. The menu ranges from classic American grilled cheese to gourmet options like brie, lobster, Ruck Chicken, and even mac and cheese, all served on lovely, slightly larger-than-Wonder Bread slices. Alongside your sandwich, you’ll receive a generous portion of chips and can choose to add a can of soda, bottled water, or even tomato soup for a little extra. Be prepared for some small talk; this sandwich-making maestro truly enjoys engaging with customers and makes you feel glad you spent your $7. Make sure to visit for lunch!

Absolutely amazing place. The owner is so nice and does his best to help the fights during these difficult times. Food is exceptional! Returned twice in two days. Let us make the menu a bit like this evil buffalo chicken tweak!!! All right. Definitely recommend. No complaints

I 'll start off by saying that Lyle is an artist with a spatula. I 've only ever called one other person an artist with the way they make their food, that being my mother. That praise is not to be taken likely. Lyle 's love for what he does shows through in his food. It doesn 't feel like you 're eating random ingredients tossed together for your money. He genuinely wants you to enjoy what you eat and the fact that he has a pay what you want day shows that he isn 't doing this to get rich. It 's impossible to not appreciate someone so passionate about what he does. He will also often share his crazy stories about his life demonstrating another great trait of his which is his genuine willingness to socialize with people. I 'm a natural introvert, but he always engages with me and I end up staying longer than I intended and often forget I even ordered food. This place will always be a favorite place for me and my fiance to go. Everyone we sent here has nothing but positive things to say about it.
