Belleria Pizza Italian - Youngstown

Great restaurant! I’ve eaten here several times and the food was excellent. They have a nice menu, something for everyone. Prices are good too. Nice atmosphere. I absolutely recommend Belleria. The pizza is superb!

I found myself at a grave loss when my partner did not make it in a hit and run incident, but the thoughtful people at Belleria sent me some food as a gesture of kindness. I thank you so much!

Just don't bother.. service terrible food even worse. Frozen burger patties no seasoning, some generic ketchup that made the burger worse. Wings came out burnt to a crisp. Got my kids pizzas 2 for 20 got charged 2 dollars for pepperoni on one pizza maybe 12 slices of pepperoni at best. Alfredo sauce tasted like cheese and water put on pasta.. spent over 100 and left hungry. Servers were too busy on their phones by the kitchen to clear plates or get refills.

The service there is terrible besides the person who gets your drink he was a nice boy. I got my food and I did not like it barely ate any of it and when I went to tell the lady all she did was say “nobody has complained all day ” and then walked away and gave us boxes and still made us pay for the food and didn’t even ask if I wanted something else or if there was anything she could do she was very rude and unprofessional. Then she didn’t even come back to get the bill my mother had to go up to her and hand her it and when my mother walked away she gave her a dirty look and rolled her eyes. The next day we called and asked for a manager and the lady on the phone said she was the manager. The lady said the same thing “well we didn’t have any complaints all day about cavatelli dinner yesterday” and said “I’ll talk to the server”. The lady on the phone was also very rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all my mother has worked in the serving industry and she never has said that to a customer in all her life.
