Mcdonald's - Youngsville

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. There is never anyone at the front to take orders. The management and employees are often on their phones. The service for both takeout and food is rated as a 1, as well as the atmosphere.

I recently ordered two Happy Meals and a Quarter Pounder meal at this restaurant. Despite the empty dining area, it took 20 minutes to receive my food. My Quarter Pounder only had one pickle and a small amount of ketchup, with no cheese or any other toppings. The service and food quality at this place are terrible. Service rating: 1 Food rating: 1

I highly recommend not going to this restaurant. The last five hamburgers I ordered without cheese all came with cheese. I have wasted over $20 here multiple times. On one occasion, I received a McRib with mold on the bun. I suggest finding a different place that values its customers. Overall ratings: Food - 1, Service - 1, Atmosphere - 1.

We had ordered a mocha frappe through the drive thru, but they gave us a Carmel one. We went back and told them, and the manager on 10-4-23 at night was very nice and understanding. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
