Sonic Drive-in - Youngsville

Was there at 9:50 and sat in one place unanswered for 10 minutes to press the button. After I was finally answered, I was told that they were still driving. There were several cars that delivered all food to them and their closing time is 11. The drive thru hadn't moved since I got there and took forever after I was in the line. If 10 of the cut was for spots, it would be nice to have a note of a kind so that you do not sit there unanswered. Workers were also rude when I finally came to them

Ordered the grilled cheese double burger which is supposed to come with three slices of cheese. It only came with two slices, I brought it to their attention, they took it back, slap a cold piece of cheese in the middle and handed me back a cold hamburger. Very dissatisfied and I will not return! Don't waste your time and money eating here

Just left there after waiting 18 minutes at a ?FAST FOOD? restaurant. Get home, the sandwich I ordered is wrong, the loaded tots I ordered are just regular tots. No sauce with my chicken like I asked for, no cheese with my pretzel like I asked for, and everything just thrown in one bag?. Definitely will don?t be going back to this sonic.

The worst customer service. I ordered a m&m blasr with fudge on top and they mixed it in. When asked if they could just put some on top, she remade the whole thing and literally didn?t even mix in the m&ms. I am so over this place and want a total freaking refund! DO NOT GO HERE

They weren't friendly, waited 25 min for them to bring out cold food. I watched all of the cars (over 10) that were there prior to me, get there food and leave, and then watched other cars pull into those same spots who were served and left. I politely asked for a refund and returned the food without eating it.
