Lucy Restaurant And Bar At Bardessono

I recently planned a corporate retreat for a few clients and we decided to have our guests stay at the Bardessono Hotel. Our guests had a fantastic time and accommodations were exactly what we hoped for. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable with lovely touches such as automatic motorized shades, fireplaces in each room, turn down service every night, and VERY comfortable beds. Beyond that, the customer service from the entire staff including front desk, valet, kitchen workers, and housekeeping was unmatched. They were incredibly attentive and anticipated our needs like seasoned professionals. I have never experienced that level of service before and it was greatly appreciated. We (and our guests) also appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and also loved the little touches, such as aluminum water bottles in every room. The location of the hotel is perfect because it's a short walk to all shops and restaurants but is cozily nestled in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. We got up early one morning and even got to see the hot air balloons launched over the mountains for their daily tours. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Napa area and I hope to return one day for a future event. Rooms: incredibly clean and comfortable. Sleek design with lots of nice touches. Walkability: prime location near all shops and restaurants. Exquisite stay at Bardessonno and impeccable location. Great food at Lucy's and love the outdoor patio with fire and fountains. My only complaint is the walls are thin so we could hear water in the pipes from our neighbours using the bathroom which was a bit annoying. Given the pricepoint of $1500+ per night, better quality construction would be expected to soundproof between rooms. The steam shower was a very nice and unique treat! Plus the hot air baloons outside our room was a total surprise and bonus!
