Taco Bell - Ypsilanti

Three visits to follow my eating was perfect. all adjustments were correct, eating was hot and tasty. and the staff was very friendly. Thank you! Go on!

I have nothing positive to say about this location. I will not go there again. Today I ordered 3 cinnamon twist and 6 packs of mild sauce, can’t mess that up right, wrong. I got 3 packs of sauce and 3 bags with 7 cinnamon twists in each bag. $1.69 each. I just don’t get it. Mistakes in any food industry are only a mistake if you serve it to the customer. You know it’s not right why serve it other than you take no pride in what you do. I’m adding an update to this, not sure why but the cinnamon twist also taste absolutely horrible.

The store signs say all new staff. However they are lacking in training and food prep. I order the number 1, 3 crunchy taco Supremes. Sub beef with chicken. There is only four pieces of chicken on all 3 of my tacos. A pinch of cheese and lettuce. I will no longer go to this Taco Bell. ? Nothing has changed at all.

Not much to review about this below standard location. If you're looking for any modifications to an item, you might as well be talking to a brick. Went and ordered a quesadilla without the sauce and burrito with no bean or onions, ended up getting everything (even the stuff I have issies with). They didn't even give a recepit or read the menu back. I gave them many chances, but sadly I was insane (repeating the same actions hoping for different outcomes.)I'd recommend a colonoscopy instead of eating here. At least that will give you what you want.

Waited in line for half an hour, line didn't move. Maybe they aren't staffed? Ended up going to a different taco bell, had the same issue. Ended up at burger King.
