Corky’s Kitchen Bakery - Yucaipa

We didn't have breakfast on our way to Blythe, so I ordered an omelette with mushrooms and spinach, plus a side of hash browns. I also enjoyed fresh coffee and wheat toast with strawberry jelly. Our server, K. Taniecesa, was very friendly and made sure my coffee cup was always full—great customer service! On our way out, we spotted some fresh chocolate chip cookies and decided to buy one. It was delicious!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and efficient, probably the best I've encountered in a long time. The food is excellent too. I will definitely be coming back!

About 5 minutes after sitting, my meal was served. Very friendly service too. And the food tasted really good.

We stopped on our way to Scottsdale from Sacramento on a road trip.. We needed a rest and some breakfast. We got both: Friendly service, good food and we never felt rushed. We will definitely be back on our next road trip :
