Absolutely amazing service! The food was incredibly tasty, and the soup portions were generous. We ordered spring rolls and the P4 pho, and the staff checked on us several times throughout our meal, quickly bringing us anything we needed. We really felt well taken care of! Our total was $33 for a large and small pho along with two appetizers. Service: Dine-in; Meal type: Lunch.

We used to be regulars and probably ate there 1-2x a week, but we hadn't been there in several years because the quality had been going downhill while also getting more and more expensive. My husband and I decided to give them another chance, because we didn't feel like driving into the city. Our meal was pure disappointment and probably the worst pho I have ever had. The pho was cold, like it had been sitting out all day, and our order was incomplete. We called to complain, but they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to fix the issue. I don't know what happened at this restaurant that made the quality change so drastically, but we are never coming back to pho hieu again. I have learned my lesson and will stick to my regular pho place in the city.
