Wendy's - Yukon

It was very frustrating to pay for a meal and receive something that was completely incorrect, especially since I had to load and unload my children in the car, and I don't live close to the restaurant. Money is tight for me, and I don't want to pay for something I don't receive. What made it worse was that I was the only one in line and the lobby was empty. The staff didn't seem to be in a hurry or overwhelmed; they just didn't seem to be doing their job properly. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I was told to wait outside, and they would bring my order out. After 10 minutes, I went inside to ask for a refund. They claimed the kitchen was closed. I had ordered a burger and cheese fries, and to top it off, they wouldn’t even offer me a complimentary drink for my wait. Instead, they handed me two coupons that had expired two days prior. I stood at 105 degrees outside and they still refused to give me a drink. I will never return to Wendy’s again.

We are a family of five, and this was our first time ordering from here. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

These wendy’s is the best in the opposite, alllll the others are a freak show.

Cashier was very friendly, food was good and was ready fast. They have some great salads that are $4 less than that chicken place. Restrooms are clean!
