Bidra med feedbackMy daughter convinced me to download the McDonald's app, and I ended up getting a deal for a double cheeseburger and a 6-piece nugget. However, I still had to order the drink and fries separately, which really didn't make it much of a deal. When I received my burger, it was all squished in the wrapper and I couldn't fix it because the melted cheese had stuck everything together. I was on a lunch break between clients and hadn’t been to this location in a while. Unfortunately, all the tables were dirty. I had to pass by six before I found one that wasn't covered in sauce, crumbs, or leftover items from previous customers. There were no lines, and fewer than ten people were seated. My fries weren't fresh, and my drink had a strange taste. At that moment, I decided it was time to start packing my own lunch again.
I took my children to the play area, and we struggled to find a clean table. Every table was dirty. I mentioned to the staff member who was sweeping that the tables were extremely dirty, but she didn't respond. When my order was called and I went to pick it up, I noticed that the same person was now mopping. It seemed unwise to mop with so many kids running around and parents coming in and out of the dining area. Cleaning the seats and tables should really be a top priority.
The service has improved lately. My orders have been processed quickly and accurately during my last few visits. I've also noticed that I no longer have to park and wait after using the drive-thru, which has been a nice change in the past few weeks.
Monica, on the drive-thru is a quick and knowledgeable person Kind and helpful! Ive been going to this location for years and everytime i stop by monica always helps me and get the order done the right way and accurate! Recommend keeping a person withthis much experience. Give her a decent raise people like this are hard to find.
I?ve come to notice this location has rude customer service. Wasn?t able to get the gentleman?s name/employee# on this instance and it?s not on my mobile receipt but for his older age he should have respect and professionalism down to the T by now. Pickedup my mobile order #1687 at 8:56 PM on 08/20/2022 and it was thrown to my daughter across the counter because she asked aboutsome sauce and a drink, she didn?t ask in a rude way or anything. Don?t blame it on your customers if your having a bad night..McDonald?s needs to step up on their customer service game! Maybe get some tips from the local Chick-Fil-A??
