RUDE lady at the drive thru. I avoid fast food restaurants and this is one of the reasons why I do. The guy that gave me my food was kind and calm but the lady that was ?trying to resolve my concerns? was absolutely rude and had an attitude the moment shetried ?helping? me. She seriously needs to take customer service classes and try to be more polite!!!!

Terrible customer service, ridiculous you have to pay for a ranch cup when you wanted one for the meal you ordered, and on top of that their having everyone park at the front from drive through and there?s still other people waiting in those parkingspots. Don?t know why they send so many people to the front when they only have 5 spots for the drive through parking

Ordered the nugget bundle. Irritating to have to purchase 2 extra condiments when you get 2 BBQs when ordering 10 nuggets. 40 nuggets should get you 8 sauces, not 6. The. I get handed 4 ketchup packets for 4 fries and asked if that is enough. I ask for more and get 3 additional packets

Had a mobile paid with confirmation code for curbside...took them 45 min for the girl to hand me the order. A worker in a collar shirt had told me he dropped my pies fresh but it took 45MINUTES parked and its hot already o THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE COFFEE I ORDERED. When i arrived there were no other cars parked didn't look busy so i never expected to leave at lunch

Tell me how this is a large fry cause it’s not if I wanted a medium I would of got the medium and it’s not the first time to happen here
