Honestly had the best sub from subway I?ve eaten. If my experience was like that every time I went to a subway I?d eat it more often
My husband and I frequently visit this Subway after I finish work late at night. During our most recent visit, we waited for about five minutes for the employee to come out, prompting me to go and find someone to bring him out from the back. When he finally came out, he washed his hands and, instead of greeting us politely, said, "Next time, don’t go get anyone to come get me; I’ll come out when I see you." He then proceeded to use foul language while explaining how we could be served. This was very rude and unprofessional. The employee's name is Jesus H.
After I placed my order and my sandwich was ready, the cashier informed me that they couldn't accept the Subway gift card. They claimed they didn't have the necessary system for processing digital gift cards and could only handle physical ones. It's surprising, especially in this day and age. I really should have just walked out.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an employee named Patricia, who was exceptionally rude to customers. She seemed uninterested in her job and created a negative atmosphere for everyone. It was quite toxic. On a brighter note, another employee named Jesus stood out for his exceptional service. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, providing great customer service.
