Grill Courtepaille - Yvetot

This is a very convenient restaurant if you are staying at the B and B hotel next door. Nice welcome and menu in English, handy if you're not comfortable with French. The manager however also speaks fluent English. We took his recommendation and had the smoked lamb, it was delicious!. We started with pork rillettes served with toasted french bread. Lovely. My husband finished with an ice cream, served in a dish the size of a small washing up bowl!!!! Coupled with the 15% discount from the B and B made for a good meal. The fact that the restaurant filled up very quickly with local families spoke volumes.

Just had a good meal here (Fish and Frites, with creme brûlée and Heineken. I managed to knock over about 1/4 glass of beer (saved most of it! , and the staff were quickly on the scene to mop it up without fuss. Quick and friendly service.

Food is good, not haute cuisine but good. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anybody passing through Yvetot.

My children and I have eat Saturday evening good welcome friendly and pleasant waitress only flat I find are the prices .... I used to take salad with bacon smoking and goat at 8 euros what disappointment there was only a lard with goat and full of salad .... usually c andais 3 or 4 lard so yes I would come back because I was satisfied in the cup but next the salad has 8 euros.

We had lunch this afternoon for the first time by welcoming the very smiling waitress and the same for the boss, a very professional service, always listening to the customer that we ate a burger and a jambon with excellent sauce. I recommend a quick service for the ideal noon.
