Beautiful rooms - so that not much expect! The food here is boring and the dinner is very overpriced. Pool is okay, jacuzzi doesn't work. The roof bar and the pool are closed at this time of the year. Bar inside is cozy, friendly enough and the alcohol is cheap! It is a good base and you get what you pay for

This is not a bad place and the staff are very helpful. However I was expecting a heated indoor swimming pool whereas the reality was rather different ie cold! The food was fine but limited. Do you really want ice cream every night and bacon or sausages for breakfast. Why not both?

Room adequate. Parking difficult, drove round 25 mins looking for a space. Stayed 4 days towels not changed at any time. Food nothing special. Receptionist and Manager decided.to have a heated argument whilst we were at the Reception desk, totally unprofessional. Staff just about courteous. Area around hotel scruffy. Definitely would not stay again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. They claim to have an indoor pool it was never open. One day I was not allowed to eat breakfast because 'there was no room ' while there where 50 empty tables. The room was not very clean, curtains did not close while a light on the balcony stayed on till midnight. Only receive clean towels once after 5 days. Hotel staff did not care for anything, all they can answer is you have to speak to the manager while the manager is NEVER available. No apolgoies, no empathy, bad quality and absolutely below value service. I wrote an email with my complaints (because the manager was never there), they just ignored it. Save yourself a lot of frustrations and money: book somewhere else. I would give 0 stars but that 's not an option.

Giving only 1 star as the breakfast (very fresh and filling) was the only good thing worth it during our stay! So many wrong things with our room!! When we arrived, our room's ac was NOT WORKING (thankfully a technician arrived and fixed it for us). Wifi was very very slow, ended up using a lot of 3g data instead and there's only one plug to charge all your devices in the room. Sink dripping water on the floor (never fixed even though we notified a staff member, he just told us to put towels so we don't slip on the puddle of water) and shower head was totally broken that I had to go home to shower. Very small pool and overcrowded with noisy children. Wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you're going there for the breakfast hah The attendants/waiters at the dining area were also nice and helpful but other than that, everything was a disaster.
