Coming down from Etna, we arrive at Zafferana Etnea and asking locals, direct us to this pastry/laboratory. GRAZIE x having made us know the Salemi Pastry. Their specialty is the leaves of the: a delicious pastry with pistachio or almond or hazelnut. I also took the almond paste cookies. It smells from the street!! You know good, remember... When you come in, they greet you with a real smile that is not for granted) you feel love and pride for what they do. We bought a selection of tea leaves. We knew them because some friends had let us taste them a while ago. We will definitely return to try also the other preparations. Congratulations
