Chipotle Mexican Grill - Zanesville

Our eating was delicious, the service was friendly, and the it area was very clean and tidy. in any case will soon go back.

Eating was in order, service not bad. price increases, quality equal. the device could use better budgetary capabilities.

Tuesday evening 6.30 pm... 7_19-2022. Horrible. I got a chicken bowl hardly any chicken. It was the worst one I ever got. I'm not paying 3 for extra chicken when you couldn't even fill up a spoon fool for my bowl. You just put in a whole new batch of chicken and I got hardly any. Absolutely ridiculous if I'm spending 11.60 I'll get a Russo pizza. DO YOU GUYS GET BONUSES BASED ON HOW LITTLE MEAT YOU GIVE OUT? I'M SERIOIUS ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THERE. does the manager say hey little meat as possible? If I go back in I'm demanding more meat or forget it. Loose me as a customer. What happened to last Years nice staff. Can anyone say your welcome? I said thanks 3 or 4 times even after I got no chicken I paid 8.60 for. I normally don't rant but I can't cook I'm alone so you know what? If you don't want to work there why don't you quit ? If you give BONUSES based on giving out as little meat as possible go into another business , owner. Absolutely worst makes me not ever want to step foot in there again. Why would I they could care less. I ate a few pieces that's it I quit the picture is all I had to take.

We used the app to order. My soft tacos had very little meat, no lettuce and no hot sauce. The hot sauce I received with my chips was more green than the normal red sause and didn't taste correct. The last issue we had was there was no fork in the bag. I just love Chipotle but this was a bad experience.

The rice was undercooked and burrito was super soggy. I had the medium salsa (I have a high tolerance for spicy food) and the next day I felt like my insides were melting. I used to love Chipotle, but my recent burrito was terrible and it has made me feel sick.
