The restaurant is in the street level of the Fiestamericana Grand Hotel in the Financial District in Guadalajara. It is new and amazing. Just try every Peruvian food the chef may offer you: Cebiche, Octopus, salads, desserts. We tried about 9 or 10 different entrés and main disches, plus a couple of desserts. Everything was outstanding. Perhaps only the Pisco Sour was not very good as expected. Access is very easy, through Ave. de las Americas, right next to HSBC, Plaza Sao Paula restaurants and boutiques. There is valet parking and service was friendly and not overdone. If you like Peruvian fancy delicacies this is the only place in town.
