Burger King - Zebulon

We gave Burger King 3 tries. Each time something went wrong. The first time it took 20 minutes for them to make 2 shakes. The second time they gave us a wrong sandwich. Today they forgot a sandwich completely. When I went inside to request it, I waited 10 minutes and still had not been given a replacement. However an employee who ordered some food was served right away, ahead of 2 gentleman who ordered before I even walked in. She was ordering when I came into the store. I find it crazy that she was served above customers and no one could be bothered to take care of my one burger. Really slow service and no effort to make a good impression. Do not recommend!

Make sure to check your food before eating it!!! On top of this the service is horrible and workers are very rude

This is a good fast food place to visit, but the lines tend to get very long. The service here is not very fast. They do offer the best prices in the fast food industry. Depending on the time of day when you visit, you may find yourself behind 10 or so cars in the drive through line. If you choose to go inside, they tend to cater to the drive through so you end up waiting even longer for your food. Many times they will say the ice cream machine is down. Come to find out, they just don't want to refill it. Some managers allow the staff to fill the ice cream machine and once it runs out they do not refill it and tell the customers that the machine is down. This is quite frustrating to those who were craving ice cream!

There is obviously a lack of workers. I sat in the drive through for nearly twenty minutes. The employee that helped me at the drive thru never spoke to me at the window other than to tell my total. Four other cars had been made to pull up or pull into parking spaces. I waiting patiently because I knew they were under staffed. I finally got my order. When I get to work and open the burger, I find it's the wrong order and it's undercooked. Money down the drain. I will not return to this store until I hear from others that they've made some changes.

I was the only customer at the time, I made an order and the guy mumbled something under his breath. I said excuse me, I didn?t hear you, he said I don?t like to repeat myself but did you want the regular chicken sandwich. He was rude and the sandwiches were undercooked. I won?t be back. Something needs to be done.
