Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Zebulon

I placed my order at the drive-thru, and I tried to leave the building because I don’t wear a mask for medical reasons. However, I noticed that at least five employees either weren’t wearing masks or had them pulled down under their chins. This was hands down the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many.

The wait in line is incredibly slow, and every time I order here, my food arrives cold. They never seem to provide fresh meals. The fries are consistently cold, and the chicken lacks freshness. This experience has been quite disappointing.

I was confused about why I couldn’t get a dinner with chicken and sides without a drink. If I’m paying, I should receive exactly what I want. The staff accused me of wanting extra sides, handed me a drink, and were quite rude throughout the exchange. I couldn’t decide whether I wanted original or extra crispy chicken, or white or dark meat, but it seemed like they just gave me whatever they had on hand. I won’t be returning and will share my experience with others to warn them about the rudeness. It was dinner time, the doors were usually locked, and they pressed customers to hurry through the drive-thru, I assume to meet some sort of timing goal. One man at the window was overly enthusiastic, almost like he was on something, while the girl was apologetic. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I left this place. The lady in the window was extremely rude and my order was a bit messed up. When I talked to the manager, he was kind and ready to do things right. He immediately resolved the problem and even apologizes for the young lady bad customer service. My food was fresh and delicious. I'll give five stars to the Professionality Manager.

First time coming here ! NEVER AGAIN ! I dont mind the long wait but employees are very disrespectful, rude. Management seems to be very dirty place looks horrible. Everybody in there seems to slack and there is one thing i cant stand is a slow worker. I would rather eat dirt off the side of the road than come back here.
