Niaddi Flan - Zephyrhills

I organized a little gathering of the tribal goddesses at my new home to showcase the home and the hood. Obviously food and beverage were involved! I recently learned about the exceptional flan made right here in Zephyrhills through the ABC News article. Since it's a new home in zephyrhills, it's only appropriate that I serve some specialty item from zephyrhills. So the article couldn't have been more timely. I called and spoke with Joe lopez. I bought nine individual servings three original Three Cafe Con leche three mango... None of us are big kumquat fans (that's their fourth option). All of them were very very good. The customer service level is exceptional! The vote from the group was mango being the best. So glad I ordered dessert from the Niaddi! Will definitely look to them again for future dessert opportunities. I highly recommend these desserts y'all?????

There's no words to describe this flan. its just hands down the best flan on earth. Joe provided the best dessert for my wedding. there wasn't a single flan left, thank God I have had it a hundred times.

I'm not a professional cook, but I know my way around the kitchen and consider myself a picky person when it comes to restaurants and just food in general. I like flan and have eaten it at many places, but I have never had flan like this. This guy absolutely knows what he is doing, and from the taste he loves what he is doing. This is probably one of the finest things I've ever eaten. I have a feeling once more people find out that this is not your mother's or your aunties flan; it will be hard to keep in stock.
