The food was tasteful, refined, fresh and natural, which I really appreciated. The portions were perfect (5 course) menu. The service is competent and very personal. Conclusion the concept works. Together with the ambience, it is one of my personal favorites and another insider tip. But word will get around quickly and then the peace and quiet will be over. First of all: the food is okay. The concept of light vegan cuisine in a great ambience is a success. The host (Rico) is personable and seems very authentic. However, we personally found all of the dishes incredibly tasteless. No explosion of flavor, few spices, little flavor. There are vegan restaurants at a much higher level in terms of taste and flavors. The price-performance ratio is therefore not right for me, too expensive for too little aroma. Service gets a star deduction: The email said that you shouldn 't come to the restaurant but to the off-location in the State Museum. No sooner said than done, but I couldn 't find its stand in the state museum. Called. Disappointment, there is a technical error, you would be back in the main restaurant. On site, with a 15 minute delay and an unnecessary search for a parking space, we apologized repeatedly (believably), but Rico, at your level I think you should be able to expect more than an apology (free drink, for example). Otherwise, great team, fun. However, due to the weak aromas, it is not worth a second visit. Great potential though.
I was positively surprised by the seasonal and regional products. The food was very tasty, the plate preparation was very nice. Plus professional and friendly service. The concept is environmentally conscious, which I think is great given the current times. Ah there is a special schnapps but I won't say anything more about it, it's better to go there yourself : .
Eating is not authentic and I have lived years in vietnam. we tried the Pho-Bo and the pig bell-taco (banh mi) it was quite a soggy wrap. if they are looking for a beautiful pho, I would not recommend this place. service. was not the kindest. but the interior design is beautifully made.
We were randomly in the chase and were looking for something delicious. sercie was very friendly and eating delicious. I'm sure you'll be back!
