First time having Venezuelan food. The staff was amazing talking my wife and I through the menu. The food was out of this world bursting with flavor. We'll definitely be back.

The food here is great but the service person has a very poor attitude. It's an older woman. She made us feel uncomfortable. I hope that's something the restaurant can work on in the future.Food: 5/5

Renovated and classy. Scruples is quite different than it used to be. Under new management and a whole new feel this bar will almost certainly become a Waterbury favorite.
